Questions

Is BikeMe free?

Yes. Everything is free during the preview. After that, voice navigation, every route and route creation stay free, and Premium and Creator add extras for riders, clubs and sportives who want more.

Which phones does it work on?

Right now it works in the browser on iPhone and Android, so you can try it today without installing anything. Dedicated iPhone and Android apps are coming soon, with Apple Watch to follow.

Will BikeMe work with my Garmin, Wahoo or Apple Watch?

Health sync is coming soon. It will bring heart rate, cadence, power, training load, sleep and recovery from Apple Watch, Garmin, Wahoo and other devices into each ride and your profile, and rides recorded on your bike computer will land in your history. Today you can download any route as a GPX file and load it onto a Garmin or Wahoo device as a course, and Premium adds TCX with turn cues.

Does it work offline?

Download for offline is on the way and will be free. In the preview, open your route while you have signal before you set off.

Can I make my own routes?

Yes. Tap points on the map and the route snaps to real paths, then add your own voice messages anywhere along it. You can also import a GPX file. Free includes a monthly number of routes, Premium makes it unlimited.

How do hotels and races get started?

Book a demo and we'll map your first routes with you. Hotels begin with a starter trial, then move to an annual programme. Races can set up for free themselves, or have us do the setup.

What happens to my location?

Your location is used to guide you along the route. In the preview, your routes and ride history are stored on your own device. Live tracking will only share your position when you switch it on and send the link.
